Google Analytics is optional and starts only after you accept analytics. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from using the comparison site. Google advertising storage, ad personalisation and Google signals are disabled.

Sign-in storage (local storage, not a cookie)

When the site owner signs in to the private management area, the authentication token that keeps that session signed in is stored in the browser’s local storage by the PocketBase software development kit — not in a cookie. This is used only to keep the owner signed in to the management area. It never tracks you across other websites and is removed when the owner signs out or clears browser data.

Optional analytics and your choice

We ask before loading Google Analytics (measurement ID G-WT9YQYTT0V). If you accept, Google Analytics can use cookies such as _ga and _ga_* to measure visits and provider-link interactions. Google may process this data on servers outside the UK. Read Google’s privacy information at policies.google.com/privacy. We do not load the Google Analytics tag when you reject analytics or before you choose.

Change your choice

Use Cookie settings at any time to accept or reject analytics. Your choice is stored in your browser for up to six months using hcuk-analytics-consent-v1. If you withdraw consent, we disable analytics and remove its cookies on this site. Cookies set after acceptance may otherwise remain until they expire or you clear browser data; Google Analytics cookies can last up to two years.

Managing your browser data

You can clear local storage and any site data at any time through your browser settings. Signing out of the management area also removes the stored sign-in token.
